Kind words
Jenny has cured just about every ailment I’ve ever had over the past 9 years! She will always be my go-to whenever I have an injury, and I truly couldn’t recommend her enough. This past year has been my favorite because she supported me throughout my entire pregnancy with dry needling, pelvic floor therapy, and everything I needed to prepare for birth and recover afterward. She is genuinely one of the most caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable PTs you’ll ever meet. I recommend her to all of my athletes because I know they’re in the best hands with her!
I have been a life-long athlete from junior tennis to marathons to long distance cycling and I have never met a physical therapist that understood athletes the way Jenny does. She has kept me playing the sports I love for the last few years and does it with a personal attention unmatched by any other. Highly recommend :)
I had a really great experience working with Jenny. What I appreciated most was how well she listened—not just during the initial evaluation, but throughout the entire treatment process. She really paid attention to my feedback and adjusted what we were doing based on how I was feeling and responding. I also liked her approach to treatment. She combines traditional PT with dry needling when it makes sense, rather than just doing the same thing every visit. She’s professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and I always felt like she genuinely wanted to figure out what was going on and get me back to feeling good. I would definitely recommend her.
Jenny is an amazing PT! She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and does a great mix of manual therapy, exercises, and dry needling. Plus, the convenience of having a rockstar PT come right to your work can’t be beat. Highly recommend Jenny!
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I thought I was doing everything to treat my post-partum pain. With two toddlers in addition to my newborn, I was terrified of being limited and relying on “time” for recovery. I reached out to Jenny and she responded immediately, evaluating me at my house within days. After one session, I was 85% better and after a quick second visit, back to my normal self. I could not be more grateful for her expertise, efficiency, convenience, and compassion. I have already referred friends/family to her and will continue to do so!
Jenny always amazes me with her understanding of injuries, how the body muscles work, and how to take simple steps to mend pain. Her background in physical therapy and biography doesn’t do justice for her expertise well enough. I am 50, very active in CrossFit and other sporting related activities, and I have seen many therapists. Jenny is my “go-to”, she is a life-long learner of her practice, and is a quick study on where the body is misaligned, how it’s all connected, and what to do. I highly recommend anyone seeking body alignment, injury prevention, or to alleviate pain, go see Jenny.
I’m so happy I found Jenny. I’m a competitive CrossFit athlete and her treatment is crucial to keep my body moving and feeling well.
Jenny dry needled my husband for two years until I finally let her dry needle me. You see, I hate needles. However, I hate my muscles telling me how tight they are from stress. My breaking point was feeling tingling in my fingertips and a bursitis diagnosis for my hip pain. One session with Jenny took all of that away. Tingling gone. Hip pain, who’s she? It felt like I got a 90 min deep tissue massage in 20 minutes. She will find the root issue, help fix it and give you stretches and exercises to help make sure it’s not as bad the next time. I highly recommend her for her work, professionalism and bedside manner.
Dry needling with Jenny has given me such relief in my shoulders and lower neck. She’s patient in understanding where your problem spots are, and takes the time to make sure you understand the process. The immediate relief allows you to walk out feeling so much better and the results last longer than massage or other forms of care. I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing muscle pain!
Individual results vary.
